Requirements to join the network

• Identifiable owners: we know who's behind every agency.
• Clear, written commission, explained before signing.
• Account, email and payouts in the creator's name.
• No upfront fees for the creator.
• Contracts with reasonable exit terms, no abusive penalties.
• Full respect for content limits, in writing.
• Regular reporting on earnings and results.
• Only 18+ creators with verified identity.

How we check

We talk to the owners, review their template contracts and follow up with the creators we introduce during the first months.

If an agency doesn't comply

If we receive complaints or find that an agency breaks these rules, we stop working with it. If this happens to you, email hola@elaiacreators.com.
