Who we are

Elaia Creators (elaiacreators.com) is a talent agency that connects content creators aged 18+ with management agencies. For any question about your data, write to hola@elaiacreators.com.

What data we collect

What you enter in the form: name, email, WhatsApp or Telegram, country, city, date of birth, your platform situation, your socials and your work preferences. We do not ask for photos or intimate content.

How we use it

To review your application, contact you, verify that you are of legal age and, only if you authorize it, introduce you to partner agencies that may work with you.

Who we share it with

Only with the partner agencies we introduce you to, and only with your authorization. We also use technical providers to run the site (hosting and form storage). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

While your application is active and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your authorization to share it, by writing to hola@elaiacreators.com.

We only use analytics cookies if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time.

Minors

This site is for people aged 18 and over only. If we detect an application from a minor, we delete it.
