• Pressure to make content you don't want to.
• Very long contracts with no way out, or huge penalties.
• You can't tell who's behind it: no company, no names, no reviews.

3. Who replies to messages, and under what rules?
4. How will you get traffic?
5. Do the account, email and payouts stay in my name?
6. What access do you need and how do you protect it?
7. How often do I get reports and what's in them?
8. How long is the contract and how do I end it?
9. What happens to my content and data if I leave?
10. Can I talk to a creator who works with you?

What a good contract says

A clear commission and what it's calculated on, included services, duration, reasonable exit terms, confidentiality, and that you remain the account holder. If anything is unclear, ask. This isn't legal advice: if in doubt, talk to a lawyer.
